Do you have a Gratitude Journal?
I make one every now and again when I need to practice more than I preach. Make one today… even if it feels corny. It dose not have to be perfect or in a 'journal'. Maybe it will be a short list on a napkin of what you are grateful. Or one that you keep in your wallet for those times when you need the reminder.
When ever I update or make a new list I feel happier. I do not know how it will make you feel but just try making an entry about what you are grateful for somewhere.
