As an obese child/adult and spent her entire life trying to lose weight. Following the mainstream diet rules; eat less-move more, eat lots of whole grains, low fat and do it every 2 hours. When that failed, she tried pills, powders, potions, calorie restriction and nothing worked; becoming very sick and very fat and the ‘sickcare’ system let her down.
